VIDEOGRAPHY
Video tours and promotional walkthroughs add another dimension.
They enable brief summaries or detailed walk-arounds to be conveyed to potential clients remotely and easily with minimum fuss. Using modern stabilisers to steady the camera enables clear and smooth professional video for your clients to view.
DRONE PHOTO & VIDEO
The use of drones really takes technology to new heights, literally.
A unique way to show off a special property, development or plot of land with potential. Utilising high-definition cameras and stabilising gimbals, a drone can record both stills and video from the air with fantastic results, ensuring the whole plot can be captured in a single shot if necessary. We are fully qualified and insured.
FLOOR PLANS
Floor plans are now a standard inclusion in the marketing of a house, both online and in print.
These help potential clients to get a feel of the layout of a property and, along with photos and video, complete the picture. Properties are measured and represented accurately and finished to your preference of layout, colour, and watermark if necessary.
ELEVATED IMAGES
Helping to display larger properties, elevated poles allow shots at the same level or higher than the property. They offer a quick and easy alternative to drones, when their use may not be possible or practical, or in addition to increase the marketing potential of a property.
IMAGE EDITING
High-quality image editing included as standard.
All images and videos are processed and presented ready to use and upload on your platforms to your desired specifications. Minor retouching is carried out if necessary, and blue skies are added to brighten the dullest of days - often required when shooting in the UK!
